Can I return or exchange an item I bought on sale?

Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged.
If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to us by email or whatsapp
before placing your order and will assist you instantly.

How do I care for my Café et Bonbon items?

We select and test fabrics to ensure that all garments may be machine-washed easily. That said, please follow the care instructions of each garment. When in doubt, hand wash always wins. And if you want to use the washer, please place them with similar colors. For Steaming and ironing we recommend turning the garment inside out and iron it on a medium heat setting.

Do you ship to Lebanon?

Yes, all standard orders will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. Shipping fees are $4 and free for all orders that are valued at $60 and above.

Can I exchange, refund or return my items?

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer exchange valid for 1 week from the date of arrival.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will happily bare the return cost. As such, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of your new items. 
To return your item, please contact us via email or whatsapp and we will process the rerun within 3 working days.
